Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust architectural frameworks for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Lead the Research & Development (R&D) strategy for next-gen AI features, ensuring scalability, low-latency performance, and high availability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into core business workflows.
- Establish industry-leading best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, bias mitigation, and model interpretability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Monitor emerging AI trends and evaluate their applicability to the company’s long-term roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering roles.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI applications serving millions of users.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, fine-tuning techniques, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and model versioning strategies.
