The Role
You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering. Your work will directly impact millions of users, requiring a blend of deep technical expertise and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable LLM pipelines using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize inference latency and reduce token generation costs for real-time applications.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures to enhance model accuracy.
- Lead the integration of AI agents into existing enterprise workflows.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance (GDPR/CCPA) in all AI training data.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience deploying models on Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
