Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ technology roadmaps for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Architect quantum-resistant encryption protocols and decentralized AI governance models
- Conduct foresight analysis using predictive modeling to identify emerging tech paradigms
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through patent innovation and venture partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical AI development and responsible innovation practices
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Summits to shape global policy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism with 8+ years R&D experience
- Published work in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing applications
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and climate-positive tech
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (3+ exits)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain Tier 3 government credentials
