Responsibilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary research teams to forecast technological trajectories through 2030
- Design and execute scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for ethical AI governance and quantum security
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and international policymakers
- Author white papers that shape industry standards and regulatory frameworks
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven allocation strategies
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (3+ exits/acquisitions)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published author in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Security clearance or experience with government tech initiatives preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 2 paradigm-shifting tech deployments
