Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Partner with product teams to translate foresight into viable commercial solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global tech conferences
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional innovation networks
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing actionable long-term tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum applications, or bioengineering
- Executive presentation skills with ability to influence C-suite audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-of-work topics
- Advanced degree in futures studies, systems engineering, or relevant technical field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
