- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists and technologists
- Integrate foresight outputs into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented R&D
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of systemic thinking and scenario planning techniques
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
