Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, societal shifts, and market disruptions
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Innovation Roadmap' with quantitative impact projections
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with executive teams on future scenario planning
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term strategic initiatives
- Present findings to board members and external stakeholders at industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
