Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product development plans
- Establish quantitative frameworks for assessing technology adoption curves and competitive positioning
- Present insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Oversee the creation of annual Horizon Reports and trend prediction models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, books, or reports)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
