- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Strong background in scenario planning and risk mitigation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholder management experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends (preferred)
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) highly desirable
