Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or technology forecasting roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executable strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating future scenarios
