Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports to guide long-term corporate strategy
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify innovation ROI through scenario modeling and risk assessment tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proficiency in futures research methods (horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership on innovation or future trends
