Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technological and societal trends impacting global markets through 2030
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks that translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational capabilities with long-term market evolution
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops with global stakeholders across technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using advanced analytics and machine learning
- Author thought leadership publications that position Nexus Horizons as the authority on future-state transformations
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing pilot programs for disruptive business models
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies at Fortune 500 level
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing global teams and cross-cultural stakeholder engagement
