Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' strategic frameworks with quantifiable impact assessments
- Facilitate executive workshops and innovation sprints to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought partners
- Present compelling future scenarios to investors, boards, and enterprise clients
- Champion ethical innovation principles in emerging technology adoption
- Oversee the implementation of future-proofing initiatives across business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Experience leading cross-geographic, interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, weak signal analysis)
