Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future visions into product roadmaps
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and societal impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into organizational strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario modeling, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with global stakeholder engagement across public/private sectors
