- Produce high-impact futurist reports and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs for early trend detection
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in corporate futurism, innovation strategy, or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience leading global research networks and stakeholder engagement
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
