Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science
