Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts with 2026 impact
- Create executive-ready future scenario reports and strategic roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish early-warning systems for disruption across AI, biotech, climate adaptation, and digital sovereignty
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
- Present future intelligence to global clients through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Maintain proprietary trend database and publish quarterly horizon briefings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi, PESTLE)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with portfolio demonstrating complex futures communication
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in remote-first environments
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
