Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts to inform strategic planning.
- Develop and present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate foresight into product development and business strategy.
- Lead workshops and training sessions on foresight methodologies and future thinking.
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, academics, and thought leaders.
- Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and white papers on future trends and opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and leveraging emerging trends.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience with foresight methodologies such as scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis.
- Deep knowledge of at least one key technology domain (e.g., AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, etc.).
