Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and decode emerging trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for clients navigating technological disruption
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, AI ethics, climate adaptation, and digital sovereignty
- Facilitate executive workshops translating future insights into present-day strategy
- Author thought leadership reports on paradigm shifts in work, economy, and society
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policymakers
- Drive innovation sprints prototyping solutions for 2030 challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Published work in futurism or technology strategy (blog, whitepapers, books)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy through future insights
