Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) and assess their viability for implementation.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify gaps in current technology stacks and propose innovative solutions.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives in a clear, compelling manner.
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities and threats.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies to validate potential use cases.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a senior technical role.
- Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps (5+ years) and executing on strategic visions.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
