Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics, to forecast trends up to 2026 and beyond.
- Develop and communicate a long-term strategic vision to stakeholders, executives, and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with R&D departments to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Identify market gaps and opportunities for disruptive innovation.
- Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of forward-thinking.
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory changes affecting future tech.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in a strategic or technical leadership role within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing long-term strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market signals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
