As a key leader in our Vision 2026 initiative, you will shape the digital landscape by integrating cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Quantum-ready infrastructure into our core product ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap for Vision 2026, identifying and evaluating emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
- Architect high-performance, scalable systems that align with long-term business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions before full-scale deployment.
- Define technical standards and governance models to ensure system integrity and security in future environments.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners clearly and effectively.
- Oversee the evaluation and integration of third-party APIs and emerging software ecosystems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or strategic technology planning.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and distributed systems.
- Strong background in AI/ML integration, Web3, and future tech trends.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies, rapid prototyping, and technical due diligence.
