- Lead on-site teams of 10-50 staff during premium events with $500K+ budgets
- Handle VIP client relations with discretion and polished communication skills
- Implement emergency response protocols and resolve incidents in real-time
- Conduct post-event debriefs and provide actionable improvement reports
- Maintain meticulous inventory control for high-value event assets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years in premium event staffing or luxury hospitality management
- Texas Food Handler/Seller certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics for 100+ guest events
- Exceptional conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Advanced knowledge of San Antonio's event venues and vendors
- Professional appearance with ability to adhere to strict dress codes
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays with 48-hour notice
- Valid driver's license with clean record
