We are looking for a visionary leader to architect the next generation of our technology stack. As the Senior Director of Future Technologies (2026 Roadmap), you will be at the forefront of defining how we leverage emerging technologies to disrupt the market by 2026. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical acumen and strategic foresight.
At Apex Horizon, we don't just predict the future; we build it. You will work closely with the CTO and C-suite to identify breakthrough technologies in AI, Quantum Computing, and Distributed Systems, ensuring our roadmap remains relevant and competitive in the global landscape.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for our product evolution over the next 3-5 years.
- Identify Emerging Trends: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech stacks (e.g., Edge Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) to assess viability for our core products.
- Lead Cross-Functional Innovation: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to prototype and validate future technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term investments.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor advancements and global market shifts to ensure our 2026 vision remains a market leader.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or R&D capacity.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure architectures.
- Forward-Thinking Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
