Responsibilities
- Masterfully prepare specialty coffee beverages using advanced techniques (latte art, pour-overs, cold brew)
- Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee preparation and customer service standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and quality control of premium coffee beans and supplies
- Develop seasonal beverage menus and participate in coffee tasting events
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine café cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the management team on café improvements and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience with specialty coffee expertise
- Advanced latte art skills and knowledge of coffee brewing methods
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer relationship management
- Basic inventory management and POS system proficiency
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
