Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages with precision
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitation across all coffee stations
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for seamless service
- Upsell pastries, merchandise, and seasonal promotions
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or customer service experience
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk steaming
- Strong interpersonal skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Food Handler's Certification preferred (training provided if needed)
