Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, cold brew) using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment, stations, and customer areas
- Collaborate with team members on inventory management and product displays
- Participate in virtual training sessions and digital scheduling coordination
- Contribute to social media content creation showcasing café highlights
- Assist in developing seasonal drink menus and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista experience or equivalent coffee preparation knowledge
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and latte art techniques
- Strong communication skills with ability to thrive in hybrid work environment
- Basic familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- Availability to work weekends and holidays with flexible remote scheduling
