Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages, teas, and food items according to standard recipes.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming environment in the coffee shop, including proper cleaning of equipment and seating areas.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and answer questions about our menu and brewing methods.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and staff training.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume coffee shop or specialty beverage environment.
- Strong knowledge of espresso brewing, milk steaming, and latte art techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
