Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using precise techniques
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing excellence and customer service
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and quality control standards
- Develop seasonal drink menus and suggest innovative flavor combinations
- Lead cash handling and POS system operations with 100% accuracy
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere through personalized customer interactions
- Collaborate with marketing team for social media content and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional barista experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- ServSafe Food Handler certification preferred
- Basic inventory management and cash handling proficiency
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
