Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and specialty drinks
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace including counters and dining areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
