Responsibilities
- Masterfully prepare and present premium espresso beverages, pour-overs, and specialty coffee creations
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized beverage recommendations and service excellence
- Maintain pristine workspace hygiene and ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Train junior staff on advanced brewing techniques and quality control protocols
- Source and showcase seasonal single-origin beans with detailed flavor profiling
- Develop innovative seasonal menu items and beverage presentations
- Manage inventory of premium coffee beans and artisanal ingredients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience with demonstrated expertise in latte art and espresso extraction
- Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, processing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage discerning clientele
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-volume settings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to beverage consistency
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
