Responsibilities
- Execute specialty coffee preparation with precision and artistry
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing techniques
- Develop seasonal menu innovations and tasting experiences
- Manage inventory and ensure premium quality control
- Foster customer relationships through personalized service
- Operate high-end espresso machinery and point-of-sale systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with portfolio of latte art
- Expertise in espresso extraction and brewing science
- Proven leadership in fast-paced service environments
- Knowledge of sustainable sourcing and ethical practices
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- ServSafe certification preferred
