Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks using provided commercial espresso machines and grinders
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Manage inventory and maintain equipment per sanitation standards
- Train new team members on brewing techniques and equipment operation
- Develop seasonal drink menus and participate in tasting events
- Operate POS systems and process payments efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for food-coffee pairings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista experience with commercial equipment
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and brewing methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Availability to work weekends and holidays
