Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using provided professional equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of barista station and equipment
- Train on and utilize POS systems for orders and payments
- Collaborate with team to create seasonal drink menus and promotions
- Manage inventory of coffee beans and supplies
- Participate in daily café operations and store cleanliness
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for coffee and commitment to quality
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
