Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks per company standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and seating areas
- Operate POS system efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee/supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Reliable punctuality and consistent availability (including weekends)
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory
- Must be 18+ years old
