Responsibilities
- Execute complex espresso extraction and latte art techniques with precision
- Develop seasonal specialty drink menus using premium local ingredients
- Mentor junior baristas on coffee theory and customer engagement

- Optimize workflow during peak hours while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with advanced certification (e.g., SCA Espresso)
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional latte art and brewing techniques
- Expertise in cupping and flavor profiling of premium beans
- Ability to train staff on complex equipment maintenance
- Proven track record in high-volume, premium service environments
- Strong knowledge of coffee origin stories and ethical sourcing
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
