Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and break down event equipment per venue specifications
- Manage inventory and logistics of provided gear (AV systems, staging, signage)

- Conduct safety inspections and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with venue staff and clients to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper storage post-event
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Baton Rouge
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of event equipment setup and safety protocols
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (for equipment transport)
