Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration, check-ins, and credential distribution
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance at all times
- Coordinate with vendors and on-site management for seamless operations
- Execute setup/breakdown of event spaces and equipment
- Assist with promotional activities and attendee engagement
- Document incidents and report maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor required
