Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans
- Engage with customers to create personalized experiences and build loyalty
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness across all service areas
- Operate POS systems and process cash/transactions accurately
- Collaborate with remote team members for inventory and scheduling coordination
- Develop innovative seasonal drink recipes for our SF clientele
- Support café digital initiatives including online order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and origins
- Exceptional customer service with multilingual abilities a plus
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Strong communication skills for remote team collaboration
- Food safety certification (ServSafe preferred)
- Valid CA Food Handler's Permit
