Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, production-ready AI models with a focus on agentic workflows and autonomous decision-making capabilities.
- Lead the architectural strategy for integrating quantum computing concepts into classical ML pipelines.
- Define and implement rigorous governance frameworks for ethical AI, ensuring bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms capable of handling real-time, high-velocity data streams.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in designing and implementing end-to-end machine learning systems in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in statistical analysis, experimental design, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
