Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Define technical strategy and mentor a team of high-performing engineers to execute complex, multi-phase development cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and security experts to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain the highest standards of software quality.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle to ensure project delivery milestones are met.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to keep our stack ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development, with a focus on cloud-native systems.
- Proven expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Deep knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust) and frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and data governance.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in a leadership capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is highly preferred.
