Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 product cycle, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.</li><li>Architect scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of data.</li><li>Lead architectural reviews and mentor senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.</li><li>Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance across all engineering domains.</li><li>Drive the adoption of modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles.</li><li>Identify emerging technologies and assess their viability for integration into our core infrastructure.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.</li><li>Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).</li><li>Proven track record of designing and scaling large-scale distributed systems in high-traffic environments.</li><li>Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.</li><li>Experience with Machine Learning infrastructure and data pipelines is highly preferred.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li></ul>
