Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable smart contracts and AI-driven protocol layers aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Integrate LLMs with Web3: Develop decentralized applications (dApps) that leverage Large Language Models for secure, autonomous agent interactions.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize gas fees and computational efficiency across the decentralized network to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Security Auditing: Lead code reviews and security audits to ensure the integrity of the protocol against emerging threats.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and set coding standards for the future engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development, specifically within the Web3 or Blockchain space.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Rust, Solidity, Python, and TypeScript. Experience with Next.js or modern React frameworks is a plus.
- AI Integration: Strong background in integrating AI models (Hugging Face, OpenAI API, etc.) into backend systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
