Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical compliance.
- Architect scalable neural networks capable of processing quantum-classical data sets.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product leads to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding AGI developments and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on NLP and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of leading teams in high-stakes, high-velocity environments.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
