Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement the core infrastructure for our upcoming generative AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability and low-latency performance.
- System Optimization: Deep dive into model inference optimization, utilizing techniques like quantization, pruning, and distributed training to reduce compute costs by 40%.
- Edge AI Deployment: Lead the transition of complex AI models from cloud to edge devices, ensuring robust performance in real-time, high-bandwidth environments.
- Research Integration: Translate theoretical advancements in AGI and Natural Language Processing into deployable, production-ready code.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the engineering department.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, with at least 2 years focused specifically on Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
