Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI product roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Lead the architecture and strategy for large-scale machine learning models, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Generative Models) for potential integration.
- Ensure all AI initiatives adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact AI strategy initiatives and cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
