Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap for AI integration across all enterprise verticals.
- Lead high-level research and development initiatives focusing on Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design scalable, secure, and innovative AI solutions.
- Mentor a team of senior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Identify emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on our business strategy.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI initiatives and drive ROI.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or strategic technical leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
