Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop and maintain the comprehensive technical roadmap for AI capabilities expected to define the industry by 2026, including Generative AI, Alignment, and Quantum-Ready Systems.
- Lead High-Stakes R&D: Direct advanced research initiatives to solve complex technical challenges that will set industry standards in the coming years.
- Define Ethical Frameworks: Establish and enforce rigorous safety and ethical guidelines for AI deployment, ensuring compliance with future regulatory standards.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with global partners, academic institutions, and policy leaders to shape the external ecosystem surrounding Nexus Future Labs.
- Resource & Budget Management: Oversee cross-functional teams and manage budgets for large-scale infrastructure projects with long-term horizons.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze emerging trends to pivot strategies, ensuring our technology remains at the forefront of the competitive landscape.
- Executive Communication: Present complex architectural strategies to the C-suite and board members, translating technical data into compelling business narratives.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or product strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect capacity.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Deep expertise in large language models (LLMs), neural architectures, and emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Synthetic Data).
- Strategic Foresight: Proven ability to forecast industry shifts and design scalable roadmaps that anticipate future needs.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading high-performance teams through periods of rapid innovation and ambiguity.
