Responsibilities
- Design and implement the high-level AI architecture and roadmap for 2026 Innovations.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary machine learning models and algorithms.
- Mentor and coach a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and researchers.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions and AI strategies.
- Ensure all AI systems comply with industry standards for security, privacy, and ethics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
- Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling and clear manner.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern data processing frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and large-scale AI infrastructures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
