Responsibilities
- Lead R&D: Spearhead research and development initiatives in Generative AI and Deep Learning to deliver breakthrough solutions.

- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with 2026 business goals.

- Patents & Publications: Drive innovation by filing patents and publishing high-impact research papers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research or applied machine learning engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Ray).
- Specialization: Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
